AKASHIC RECORDS

Akashic Records is a term used in theosophy, spiritualism, and New Age belief systems to describe a compendium of mystical knowledge encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the astral plane. The term "akashic" derives from the Sanskrit word "akasha," which means "sky" or "ether," and refers to the substance of the non-physical realm in which this knowledge is said to be stored. The Akashic Records are believed to contain information about every soul and its journey throughout time and space, including information about past lives, present experiences, and potential future paths. It is believed that by accessing the Akashic Records, individuals can gain insight and guidance on their life path and purpose. Accessing the Akashic Records can be done through various methods, including meditation, prayer, or working with a trained practitioner. Those who can access the records are said to be able to receive information about a person's life journey, past lives, soul contracts, and even receive guidance on current life situations or issues. The concept of the Akashic Records has been present in various spiritual and religious traditions throughout history, including Hinduism, Buddhism, and Christianity, although it is more commonly associated with New Age beliefs and practices. ASTRAL BODY

The astral body is a non-physical or subtle body that is believed to exist alongside the physical body, according to many spiritual and esoteric traditions. It is sometimes referred to as the "etheric body," "subtle body," or "spirit body." The astral body is said to be made up of a finer, more subtle energy than the physical body, and is often depicted as a shimmering, glowing or translucent replica of the physical body. Proponents of the astral body concept believe that it is the vehicle of consciousness in the astral plane, which is said to be a realm of existence that lies beyond the physical world. According to some spiritual teachings, the astral body can separate from the physical body during sleep or deep meditation, allowing for astral travel or out-of-body experiences. Some spiritual traditions also associate the astral body with various psychic or supernatural abilities, such as clairvoyance, telepathy, and precognition. It is believed that by developing one's astral body and spiritual abilities, one can gain a greater understanding of the nature of reality and the universe.

ASTRAL PLANE

The astral plane refers to a concept in esoteric and mystical traditions that describes a non-physical realm or dimension beyond the physical plane. It is believed to be a realm of existence that is accessible through altered states of consciousness, such as meditation, lucid dreaming, or near-death experiences. The astral plane is said to be inhabited by various entities and spirits, including deceased individuals, spirit guides, angels, and other beings. It is also believed to be a realm where thoughts, emotions, and intentions can manifest more quickly and easily than in the physical world. The astral plane is often associated with the idea of the soul or spirit, and some believe that it is where the soul goes after physical death.

AUM

Aum (also spelled "Om") is a sacred sound and symbol in Hinduism, Buddhism, and other spiritual traditions. It is often chanted during meditation, prayer, and yoga practice. Aum is considered to be the primordial sound of the universe and is believed to represent the ultimate reality or consciousness. The sound of Aum is said to consist of three distinct syllables: "a," "u," and "m." These syllables are sometimes associated with different aspects of existence, such as creation, preservation, and dissolution. When chanted, the sound of Aum is believed to have a profound effect on the mind and body, promoting relaxation, clarity, and spiritual insight. In addition to its use in spiritual practice, Aum is also seen as a symbol of unity and interconnectedness. It is often depicted as a symbol consisting of a curved line, a dot, and a semicircle, representing the waking, dream, and deep sleep states of consciousness, respectively. The symbol is also sometimes associated with the Hindu god Shiva, who is seen as the embodiment of consciousness and spiritual realization.

Cellular Leve

CELLULAR LEVEL

At the cellular level refers to the microscopic structures and functions within living cells. It involves the study of cells' structures, functions, and physiological properties, as well as how cells communicate with each other and respond to external stimuli. Therefore the cellular level is the level of cells, the most basic structural units of the human body. From a spiritual perspective, each cell is a conscious, living, breathing, sentient being. The cellular level is important because it is believed that our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs can affect our cells and therefore our overall health and well-being. Our life experiences are stored in the cells of our body. Anytime you hold onto a negative thought or emotion, it is automatically buried in the cells. These can originate from a trauma, memory, unwanted pattern, or deeply held personal belief. Stored within the cellular memory are all the conscious and unconscious patterns of behaviors. These unproductive patterns weaken our ability to be happy and even affects our physical health. When mind, body, spirit, and emotion are transformed at the cellular level, a platform for complete healing and wholeness is provided. In summary, it is believed that the energy of our thoughts and emotions can influence the vibrational frequency of our cells, which can in turn affect our physical, mental, and emotional health. Therefore, practices such as meditation, visualization, and energy healing can be used to positively influence the cellular level and promote self-healing.

Chakras

CHAKRAS

Chakras are energy centers in the body that are believed to correspond to various physical, emotional, and spiritual functions. The concept of chakras is found in various spiritual and healing traditions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, and various New Age and alternative healing practices. There are seven main chakras in the body, each of which is associated with a specific color, element, and aspect of human experience. These include: Root Chakra (Muladhara) - located at the base of the spine, associated with the color red, and related to survival, security, and grounding. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - located in the lower abdomen, associated with the color orange, and related to creativity, sexuality, and emotional expression. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - located in the upper abdomen, associated with the color yellow, and related to personal power, will, and self-esteem. Heart Chakra (Anahata) - located in the center of the chest, associated with the color green, and related to love, compassion, and connection. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - located in the throat, associated with the color blue, and related to communication, self-expression, and authenticity. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - located in the center of the forehead, associated with the color indigo, and related to intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - located at the top of the head, associated with the color violet or white, and related to spiritual connection, transcendence, and enlightenment. The belief in chakras suggests that these energy centers can become blocked or imbalanced, leading to physical, emotional, or spiritual problems. Various practices, such as yoga, meditation, or energy healing, are used to balance and activate the chakras, promoting overall health and well-being. The concept of chakras remains a powerful and meaningful aspect of many people's spiritual and healing practices.

CHANNELING

Channeling is a spiritual practice where a person acts as a conduit for information or energy from a source beyond their physical self. This source could be an entity, spirit guide, or higher self. Channeling can occur in many forms, such as verbal communication, automatic writing, or even through artistic expression. In channeling, the person is typically in an altered state of consciousness, which allows them to receive messages from the source. This altered state can be achieved through meditation, hypnosis, or other practices. The channeler then relays the messages they have received to others. Channeling has been used throughout history by many cultures, including indigenous peoples and ancient civilizations. It has gained popularity in the modern spiritual community as a tool for receiving guidance and insights from higher realms. While channeling can be a powerful tool for spiritual growth and healing, it is important to approach it with discernment and caution. It is essential to have a strong connection to one's own intuition and inner guidance to avoid being misled by false information or negative entities.

Christ Consciousness

CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Christ Consciousness is a term used in various spiritual traditions to describe a state of awareness or consciousness that is said to be exemplified by Jesus Christ. It is believed to be a state of heightened spiritual awareness and enlightenment that is accessible to all individuals, not just those who follow the Christian religion. Christ Consciousness is often associated with love, compassion, and forgiveness, and is seen as a state of consciousness that transcends the limitations of the ego or personal self. Those who experience Christ Consciousness may feel a sense of oneness with all of creation, as well as a deep connection to the divine or spiritual realm. Some spiritual teachers and writers use the term Christ Consciousness to refer to a spiritual path or practice that is focused on developing these qualities of love, compassion, and spiritual awareness. This path may include practices such as meditation, prayer, and self-reflection, as well as acts of service and kindness towards others. While the term Christ Consciousness is often associated with Christianity, it is also used in other spiritual traditions, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and New Age spirituality, to describe a similar state of spiritual awakening or enlightenment.

Compassion

COMPASSION

Compassion is a feeling of deep empathy and concern for the suffering of others, along with a desire to alleviate their pain or discomfort. It is a fundamental aspect of many religious and spiritual traditions, but it can also be applied as a secular practice in everyday life. The practice of compassion involves recognizing the shared human experience of suffering and connecting with others on a deep level of understanding and care. It can involve actively seeking out opportunities to help others, whether through volunteering, charitable donations, or simply offering a listening ear or a kind word. Compassion can take many forms, from small acts of kindness to large-scale humanitarian efforts. It involves a willingness to step outside of oneself and to be present for others, even in the midst of difficult or challenging circumstances. The benefits of compassion are believed to include increased feelings of happiness, contentment, and well-being, as well as improved physical health and relationships. The practice of compassion can also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and can cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning in life. In summary, compassion is a way of connecting with others on a deep level of care and concern, and of recognizing the interconnectedness of all living beings.

CONSCIOUSNESS

Consciousness is the state of awareness or subjective experience of the world and ourselves. It is the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something, and it is the ability to perceive, think, and feel. Consciousness has been studied and debated by philosophers, scientists, and psychologists for centuries, and it remains a complex and mysterious phenomenon. Despite our understanding of the brain and its functions, we still do not fully understand how consciousness arises from the physical processes of the brain. Consciousness is often divided into two main categories: waking consciousness and altered states of consciousness. Waking consciousness is the normal state of awareness during the day, while altered states of consciousness can include dreams, hypnosis, meditation, and drug-induced states. Consciousness is also often associated with qualities such as intentionality, self-awareness, and the ability to make decisions and act on them. It is the source of our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions, and is thought to be a key factor in our sense of self and personal identity. In recent years, the study of consciousness has expanded to include topics such as the nature of consciousness, the relationship between consciousness and the brain, and the potential for artificial intelligence to develop consciousness. While the nature of consciousness remains a subject of ongoing debate and research, it remains a central and enduring aspect of human experience, reflecting our innate curiosity, creativity, and wonder about the nature of reality and ourselves.

Consciousnss

CRYSTAL HEALING

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy that utilizes the energy of crystals and gemstones to facilitate healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Crystals have been used for healing purposes by various cultures for thousands of years, with ancient civilizations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans incorporating them into their daily lives. Crystal healing practitioners believe that crystals have their own unique vibrational frequencies that can interact with the vibrational energy of the body, helping to promote balance and healing. Each crystal is believed to have specific healing properties, which can be used to address different physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. During a crystal healing session, a practitioner may place crystals on or around the body, or use them to create a grid around the person. The crystals may also be used in meditation or visualization exercises, or carried in a pocket or worn as jewelry for ongoing support. Crystal healing can be used to address a wide range of issues, from physical ailments such as chronic pain and digestive problems to emotional concerns such as anxiety and depression. It can also be used to support spiritual growth and enhance intuition. While there is limited scientific research on the effectiveness of crystal healing, many people report experiencing positive benefits from this therapy. It is important to note that crystal healing should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment, but rather as a complementary therapy to support overall health and wellbeing.

DIVINE INTERVENTION

Divine intervention is a term used to describe a supernatural or miraculous occurrence that is believed to be caused by a higher power or deity. It is often associated with religious or spiritual beliefs, and is viewed as a direct intervention by a divine being in the affairs of the world. In many religious traditions, divine intervention is seen as a way for the deity to communicate with or guide human beings, and may be viewed as a sign of divine favor or protection. Examples of divine intervention can include miraculous healings, visions, or other experiences that are believed to have a supernatural origin. While the concept of divine intervention is often associated with religious belief, it can also be interpreted more broadly as a form of synchronicity or meaningful coincidence that is believed to be guided by a higher power or universal intelligence. Overall, the belief in divine intervention highlights the human desire for a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life, and the recognition of a higher power or supernatural force that is believed to have a direct influence on the world and its affairs. While the concept may be difficult to prove or verify through empirical means, it continues to play an important role in many religious and spiritual traditions, and serves as a source of comfort, hope, and inspiration for many people.

Divine Plan

DIVINE PLAN

From a spiritual perspective, the term "divine plan" refers to a larger, overarching purpose or intention for the universe and all beings within it. It is the belief that there is a greater, divine force at work that guides and directs the course of our lives and the world around us. This plan is often seen as a blueprint for our individual lives and the evolution of the planet as a whole, and it is believed that we can align ourselves with this plan to fulfill our purpose and destiny. The concept of a divine plan suggests that everything that happens in our lives, including our successes and challenges, is part of a larger, purposeful design. Even though we may not always understand why certain events happen or why we are faced with certain obstacles, it is believed that they are ultimately leading us towards our higher purpose and spiritual growth. Trusting in the divine plan can provide a sense of comfort and direction, as we navigate the ups and downs of life knowing that there is a greater purpose at play.

DOWNLOAD

In a spiritual sense, the term "download" refers to the experience of receiving or accessing spiritual or intuitive knowledge, insights, or guidance. The concept of a download is often associated with the idea that individuals can receive messages or information from a higher power or spiritual realm, which can provide them with guidance or support on their spiritual journey. The term "download" is often used in the context of meditation, prayer, or other spiritual practices, where individuals may feel a sense of connection to a higher power or spiritual realm. During these practices, individuals may experience a sudden influx of spiritual or intuitive information, which may be experienced as a "download" of information or guidance. The concept of a download can also be associated with the idea of channeling, where individuals may act as a conduit for spiritual or divine information to come through them. In this context, a download may refer to the process of receiving this information and relaying it to others. Overall, the concept of a download in a spiritual sense highlights the idea that individuals can access spiritual or intuitive knowledge and guidance, which can provide them with support and direction on their spiritual path. However, it is important to note that the concept is subjective and can vary greatly depending on one's beliefs and experiences.

Ego

EGO

The term "ego" has multiple meanings depending on the context in which it is used. In psychology, ego refers to the conscious sense of self, which includes thoughts, beliefs, values, and identity. It is the part of the psyche that mediates between the internal, unconscious desires (id) and the external world (reality principle) by balancing the two in a realistic manner. In spiritual and philosophical contexts, ego often refers to the part of the self that is concerned with personal identity and self-importance. It can be seen as a limiting force that separates an individual from others and creates a sense of isolation and detachment. The ego is often associated with negative traits such as selfishness, greed, and arrogance. It is seen as a barrier to spiritual growth and enlightenment because it creates a sense of separation from the rest of existence. In some spiritual traditions, the goal is to transcend or dissolve the ego in order to experience a state of unity or interconnectedness with all things. This can be achieved through practices such as meditation, self-reflection, and service to others. However, in a psychological context, ego is considered an essential part of healthy functioning, as it allows individuals to navigate the complexities of the world and to have a sense of self-identity. It is only when the ego becomes excessively rigid or inflated that it can become problematic and hinder personal growth. Overall, the concept of ego is complex and multifaceted, and its meaning and significance can vary depending on the context in which it is used.

Ego Death

EGO DEATH

The ego, as a biological and spiritual tool, was created by and defends the belief that we are all separate individual entities. The ego perceives life through the lens of duality, it is the division of life into opposing forces. The ego is comprised of individual characteristics of your identity. The ego death is not the death of the ego, rather the end of the ego’s control over your being. Ego death is the loss of the sense of self, of overcoming the resistance to surrendering to the process of spiritual awakening or spiritual ascension. Everything that you know to be known in the material world fades away, particularly the separation we create through social status, wealth, religion, lifestyle or any other belief or actions that serves duality with another human being and the planet itself. It is the death of your old way of living and essentially an experience of embodying your True Divine Nature completely. Ego death is a natural part of sacred medicines. Ayahuasca, Iboga, San Pedro, Kambo and Bufo have all been purported to cause ego death experiences.

Energ Healing

ENERGY HEALING

Energy healing is a holistic practice that promotes healing and balance on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It is based on the belief that everything is energy, and that imbalances or blockages in the energy field can lead to physical or emotional illness. Energy healing works to clear these blockages, allowing energy to flow freely through the body and promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. There are many different types of energy healing, including Reiki, Qi Gong, Pranic Healing, and Theta Healing, among others. Each modality has its own unique techniques and approaches, but all work to promote healing and balance by harnessing the power of the body's natural energy systems. The use of energy healing dates back thousands of years, and can be found in many ancient cultures around the world. Crystals, sound, and touch are often used in energy healing practices, and many ancient civilizations used crystals and other natural elements to promote healing and balance. Energy healing can be used to treat a wide range of physical and emotional issues, from chronic pain and illness to anxiety and depression. It is often used in conjunction with other forms of traditional and alternative medicine, and can be an effective way to promote overall health and well-being.

Enlightenment

ENLIGHTENMENT

Enlightenment is a term that has been used in various religious, spiritual, and philosophical contexts to refer to a state of profound understanding, insight, and liberation. It is a state of consciousness that is characterized by a deep sense of peace, freedom, and interconnectedness with all things. In the context of Eastern spirituality, enlightenment is often associated with the concept of "awakening" or "nirvana," and is seen as the ultimate goal of spiritual practice. It is a state of being that is said to transcend the limitations of the individual self and to bring about a profound sense of unity with the universe. In Western philosophy, enlightenment has been associated with the concept of reason and the pursuit of knowledge and understanding. It is a state of intellectual and moral clarity that is characterized by a commitment to truth, rationality, and freedom. While the term enlightenment has been used in a variety of ways throughout history, it generally refers to a state of profound spiritual or intellectual insight that brings about a transformation in one's perception of reality and one's relationship to the world. It is often described as a moment of awakening or realization that brings about a profound sense of liberation and freedom from suffering. Enlightenment is often seen as a goal or aspiration in many spiritual and philosophical traditions, and is thought to be attainable through various practices such as meditation, self-inquiry, and the cultivation of wisdom and compassion. While the experience of enlightenment is often described as ineffable and beyond words, it remains a central and enduring aspiration for many seekers of truth and wisdom.

Etheric/ Energy Body

ETHERIC BODY

The etheric body is a subtle body that is said to exist alongside the physical body in some spiritual and metaphysical belief systems. It is considered to be the energy double of the physical body, and is thought to be the blueprint for the physical body, containing the energetic patterns that shape and form the physical body. According to some spiritual traditions, the etheric body is made up of a finer, more subtle form of matter than the physical body, and is the bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. It is said to be responsible for the flow of vital life force energy (also known as chi or prana) through the physical body, and is the basis for many energy healing practices such as Reiki and acupuncture. The etheric body is also believed to be where emotions and thoughts are stored energetically, and can be affected by negative thought patterns or emotional traumas. Therefore, maintaining the health and balance of the etheric body is thought to be essential for overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Practices such as meditation, energy healing, sacred medicine and breathwork are thought to help balance and strengthen the etheric body, allowing for a greater flow of vital life force energy and supporting overall health and vitality.

FAITH

Faith is a belief or trust in something beyond oneself, often in the absence of empirical evidence or proof. It is a fundamental aspect of many religious and spiritual traditions, but it can also be applied to a variety of other areas of life, such as personal relationships, politics, or philosophy. Faith is often seen as a way of finding meaning and purpose in life, and of connecting with something larger than oneself. It can involve a belief in a higher power, divine force, or spiritual reality, as well as a sense of trust in the fundamental goodness of the world and the people in it. The practice of faith can take many forms, from prayer and ritual to acts of service and compassion. It can involve a range of emotional and intellectual experiences, including joy, awe, doubt, and questioning. The benefits of faith are believed to include increased feelings of hope, resilience, and well-being, as well as a sense of connection with others and a greater sense of purpose and meaning in life. Faith can provide a framework for understanding and coping with difficult situations, and can offer a source of comfort and inspiration in times of crisis. Therefore faith is a way of exploring the deepest aspects of human experience, and of finding a sense of purpose and meaning in a complex and challenging world.

FIFTH (FOURTH & THIRD) DIMENSION

The fifth dimension is often described as a realm of pure energy, consciousness, and higher vibration, where beings can transcend time and space, and access alternate realities, parallel universes, and higher states of consciousness. It is often associated with the concept of ascension and the awakening of human consciousness to a higher level of awareness. In this context, the fifth dimension is seen as a dimension of love, harmony, unity, and oneness, where humans can experience multidimensional reality, telepathy, and other psychic abilities. Some spiritual teachers and new age authors also suggest that the fifth dimension is a level of consciousness where humans can access their higher self, connect with their soul's purpose, and manifest their desires through the power of intention and visualization. The concept of the fifth dimension and its existence and properties are still a matter of debate and exploration in both scientific and spiritual communities. The third and fourth dimensions are often discussed in spiritual contexts as part of a broader perspective on reality. In this context, the third dimension is generally considered the physical world in which we live. It is the realm of matter and the five senses, and it is the world that we are most familiar with. The third dimension is often associated with a state of duality, in which opposites like light and dark, good and evil, and positive and negative energies exist in a delicate balance. The fourth dimension, on the other hand, is considered a higher vibrational state that exists beyond the physical realm. It is often described as a realm of time and space that is not bound by the same limitations as the physical world. In the fourth dimension, time is seen as more fluid and malleable than in the third dimension, and it is often associated with a sense of unity consciousness and interconnectedness. Spiritual teachings often suggest that the journey from the third to the fourth dimension involves a shift in consciousness, a process of awakening and expansion that allows us to see beyond the limitations of our physical world and connect with a more expansive and inclusive reality. This journey is often described as a path of spiritual evolution, in which we learn to access higher levels of awareness and consciousness, and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, others, and the universe around us. The third and fourth dimensions are often discussed in spiritual contexts as part of a broader perspective on reality. In this context, the third dimension is generally considered the physical world in which we live. It is the realm of matter and the five senses, and it is the world that we are most familiar with. GRATITUDE

Gratitude is a state of being thankful or appreciative of something or someone in one's life. It involves acknowledging the good things that one has, rather than focusing on what is lacking or negative. The practice of gratitude is found in various spiritual and religious traditions, but it can also be applied as a secular practice in everyday life. It involves consciously focusing on the positive aspects of one's life, and expressing appreciation and thanks for them. Gratitude can take many forms, from keeping a gratitude journal to saying a daily prayer of thanks or expressing appreciation to loved ones. It can involve acknowledging the big things in life, such as good health or financial security, as well as the small things, such as a beautiful sunset or a kind gesture from a stranger. The benefits of gratitude are believed to include increased feelings of happiness, contentment, and well-being, as well as improved physical health and relationships. The practice of gratitude can also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and can cultivate a more positive and optimistic outlook on life. Therefore gratitude refers to cultivating a sense of appreciation and abundance, and of recognizing the many blessings that life has to offer.

GAME OF LIFE

The "Game of Life" is a term used in spiritual and metaphysical circles to describe the journey of the soul through life on Earth. It is believed that each person's life is a unique and purposeful journey, with its own set of challenges, opportunities, and lessons to be learned. The idea is that the soul chooses to incarnate into physical form in order to experience personal growth, learn lessons, and contribute to the evolution of the collective consciousness. The "Game of Life" is seen as an opportunity for spiritual growth and self-discovery, with the ultimate goal of realizing one's true nature as a spiritual being having a human experience. This perspective encourages individuals to approach life with a sense of curiosity, playfulness, and openness to the possibilities that each moment holds. "All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages.” Shakespeare’s entire poem itself can be used as symbolism for reincarnation, the seven levels of soul age and the eternity of our consciousness; men and women are portrayed as players (souls) whereas life is portrayed as the stage, all the people living in it are mere players or characters playing their allotted roles (agreed life plan). Everyone enters the stage by different routes (karma and soul evolution ) and leaves through different exits (dying with a different level of consciousness). Shakespeare suggests that man’s ability to change is one of his strengths and many of the characters in the play have physical, emotional, political or spiritual changes. The speech is also a cautionary tale about living your entire life in thought, over thinking everything to specificity, and the burden of misery this shoulders on one’s character. In a spiritual sense life can be referred to as a game, the tests and challenges our soul signed up for and must face and overcome are part of our soul evolution in seven stages to attain higher consciousness though our behaviors, thoughts, words and deeds before exiting (dying) and eventually returning to the stage (life again through reincarnation) for a different play (life plan) and experiences (role). Our soul may experience each of the seven ages more than once before being able to move onto a higher level of consciousness and new soul stage (age).

Heart Based

HEART BASED

Heart-based living refers to a way of life that is centered around the heart and guided by love, compassion, and empathy. It involves cultivating a deep connection with oneself and others, and approaching all situations with an open and loving heart. Heart-based living is based on the belief that the heart is the center of our being, and that it holds the key to our highest potential and deepest truths. Living from the heart involves tuning into our inner guidance and intuition, and allowing our actions to be guided by love and compassion rather than fear and judgment. Many spiritual traditions, including yoga, meditation, and various forms of energy healing, emphasize the importance of heart-based living as a path to spiritual growth and enlightenment. By cultivating a heart-centered approach to life, individuals can experience greater joy, peace, and fulfillment, while also contributing to the well-being of the world around them.

HIgher Destiny Path

HIGHER DESTINY PATH

Your higher destiny path is your longing for purpose, the drive to be and to become who you are meant to be. This path is about recognizing your own gifts and using them to contribute to the world. It is the greatest and the most valuable contribution to humanity and the mode of conduct most conducive to spiritual advancement, the right and righteous path. Your higher destiny path consists of all that an individual undertakes in harmony with divine expectations and his own inner spiritual aspirations, actions that create order and harmony within himself and in the environment in which he lives.

HIGHEST GOOD

From a spiritual perspective, the term "highest good" refers to the ultimate and most positive outcome for oneself and for all beings involved in a particular situation. It is often used as a guiding principle in decision-making and in setting intentions for one's life. The concept of highest good is based on the belief that there is a greater purpose or divine plan at work in the universe, and that by aligning oneself with this plan, one can live a fulfilling and meaningful life. This may involve making choices that benefit not only oneself, but also the greater community and the planet as a whole. The pursuit of highest good can also involve personal growth and spiritual development, as one seeks to live in harmony with the universe and to contribute to the betterment of all beings.

HIgher Self

HIGHER-SELF

This is the part of a person's consciousness that is connected to a higher power or divine force, often associated with spiritual wisdom and guidance. Every living creature has a Higher-Self and every Higher-Self consists of a group of souls and soul extensions. It may be easier to understand this concept by visualizing a Higher-Self as a round ball of golden light that emits different strands or cords. On the end of each cord is the soul and then a soul extension of a human, therefore the prana (life-force) for the souls is provided via the Higher-Self. Higher-Self group members may or may not necessarily be family members, for they can consist of friends and seeming ‘enemies’. Your Higher-Self is the balanced version of male and female energies, vibrates at an incredibly high state and radiates pure unconditional love. ILLUSION (MAYA)

Maya is a term used in various spiritual traditions to describe the illusionary nature of the material world. In Hinduism and Buddhism, Maya is seen as the cosmic illusion that creates the material universe and deceives individuals into thinking that the physical world is the only reality. According to these beliefs, Maya creates a veil of ignorance that prevents people from seeing the true nature of existence, which is said to be infinite, unchanging, and divine. Maya is often described as an energy or force that creates the illusion of separation and duality. This illusion leads people to become attached to material possessions and to identify with their physical bodies and egos, which leads to suffering and spiritual ignorance. The ultimate goal of spiritual practice is to overcome Maya and to see through the illusion to the true nature of existence. In some spiritual traditions, Maya is also associated with the goddess of the same name, who is said to be the source of the illusionary power that creates the material world. Maya is seen as a powerful force that can be used for positive or negative purposes, depending on how it is understood and used. Some spiritual practices focus on transcending Maya, while others seek to use it to achieve spiritual growth and enlightenment.

Intuition

INTUITION

Intuition is a term used to describe the ability to understand or perceive something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning or logical thought. It is often described as a "gut feeling" or a sense of knowing that goes beyond what can be explained by the available evidence. Intuition can take many forms, including physical sensations, emotional reactions, and flashes of insight. It is believed to be a natural human ability that is present in all individuals to some degree, although it may be more developed in some people than in others. Intuition is often associated with creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making. It can be particularly useful in situations where there is incomplete or ambiguous information, as it allows individuals to make decisions based on their own internal guidance rather than relying solely on external data. While intuition is often viewed as a positive trait, it is important to note that it is not always accurate or reliable. It can be influenced by factors such as bias, fear, and personal beliefs, and may not always be in alignment with objective reality. Despite this, many people believe that intuition can be developed and honed through practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection. By cultivating a deeper awareness of one's own thoughts and feelings, individuals can learn to trust their instincts and make more informed decisions in all aspects of their lives.

Karma

KARMA

The law of cause and effect that governs all actions, thoughts, and intentions, and determines one's destiny and future. The definition of ‘Karma’ can be traced back to Hinduism and Buddhism and refers to the consequence of one’s actions both in this and previous lifetimes. Therefore karma can be both positive and not so positive, is created by the free will that we have to choose our actions and exists so we may have the opportunity to raise our consciousness. Every thought, feeling and action attracts karma into the soul evolution of a living being. Karma is a great teacher and a necessary component in the process of evolution. As one begins to move onward and upward onto their higher vibrational destiny path, karma becomes more apparent. This is because the more conscious one becomes i.e. they know better, the more that this is reflected in their thoughts, feelings and behaviors so their level of consciousness is visibly and authentically supported. If we are not able to act and behave in a way that is aligned to our level of consciousness, we find that life provides lessons and situations to teach and illustrate to us why that way of being no longer serves our highest good or that of others. The energies of cause and effect are always in play. Energetically speaking, obtaining balance may be achieved through the chakra system, which can be used as a diagnostic framework for mental, emotional and physical dis-ease. There exists a chakra system within you and all living beings and generally speaking, it is in one or more of these seven main energy centers within the chakra system that energetic imprints of thoughts, feelings and actions are stored. The state of one’s chakra system is a direct correlation to the situations and events in one’s external environment, therefore what one is carrying energetically within via their thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviors manifests in their physical reality. To change our lives, and negative behavior and thought patterns, we must change our energetic footprint. To change our energy we must become conscious of our mental, emotional and other patterns. To become conscious of our patterns we must wake up on the inside. To wake up on the inside we must tune into our heart energy, to our emotions – as emotion is simply energy in motion. From here, we can begin to identify the root causes of our repetitive behavior, cycles and patterns, to move away from a linear and limited Newtonian mindset, leaving behind past actions and old energy as we embrace a new Quantum, unlimited, reality and way of being. In this way, we can steadily change our ‘karma’. See also 'Reincarnation'.

Kundalini

KUNDALINI

Kundalini is a Sanskrit term used in Hindu and yogic traditions to refer to a form of spiritual energy that is believed to reside at the base of the spine. According to the tradition, Shakti, the divine feminine energy, resides at the base of the spine as Kundalini. When awakened, Kundalini rises up through the chakras, the energy centers along the spine, and unites with Shiva, the divine masculine energy, at the crown chakra, resulting in spiritual awakening and enlightenment. The awakening of Kundalini can be triggered through various practices such as meditation, yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and certain forms of chanting. However, it is important to note that the awakening of Kundalini can also be spontaneous and unexpected, and may lead to intense physical, emotional, and psychological experiences. In yogic traditions, Kundalini is viewed as a powerful force that can bring about transformation and liberation. It is believed that the awakening of Kundalini can lead to an expansion of consciousness, increased creativity, enhanced intuition, and a deeper understanding of the self and the universe. However, the awakening of Kundalini can also be a challenging and potentially dangerous process if not properly guided and integrated. It is recommended that individuals seek guidance from experienced teachers or spiritual practitioners before embarking on any practices aimed at awakening Kundalini.

By focusing on positive outcomes and taking action towards one's goals, individuals are believed to be able to create a reality that aligns with their desires. However, it is important to note that manifestation is not simply a matter of wishful thinking or positive affirmations. It also requires an understanding that not all desires may be possible or appropriate, and that sometimes the universe has a different plan than what one may have in mind. Overall, the concept of manifestation highlights the power of the mind and the role that thoughts and beliefs play in shaping one's reality. Twin flame is a term used in spirituality to describe a type of soul connection. It is believed that each individual has a counterpart, who is their perfect match, created from the same soul. This counterpart is referred to as the twin flame. The twin flame journey is often described as a spiritual journey of self-discovery and growth, where the individuals are reunited after several incarnations, with the purpose of completing their mission on Earth. It is believed that twin flames have a deep understanding of each other, and their connection goes beyond physical attraction or romantic love. The twin flame relationship is known to be intense and can bring up unresolved issues from past lives or current life. This can lead to spiritual growth and transformation for both individuals, but it can also be challenging and require inner work to heal and harmonize the connection. Many people believe that meeting their twin flame is a rare and special occurrence, and it is often seen as a sign of spiritual advancement. However, it is important to note that not everyone believes in the concept of twin flames, and some spiritual traditions have different concepts or terminology for similar ideas.

Universe

UNIVERSE

The universe refers to the totality of all existing matter, energy, and space, encompassing all physical laws and natural phenomena. It includes everything from the smallest subatomic particles to the largest structures in space, such as galaxies and clusters of galaxies. The universe is believed to have originated from a single point of infinite density and temperature, scientifically known as the Big Bang, and has been evolving and expanding ever since. The study of the universe, known as cosmology, seeks to understand the nature, origin, and evolution of the universe, as well as its ultimate fate. The universe is a vast and complex system, and the exploration and understanding of its mysteries continues to be a major focus of spiritual, scientific and philosophical inquiry. From a spiritual perspective, when people say that the universe gave them a sign or a sign from God, it is often interpreted as a message or guidance from a higher power or divine force. This can come in many forms, such as a sudden insight or intuition, a repeated pattern or symbol, a chance encounter or event, or a feeling of synchronicity or meaningful coincidence. These signs are believed to be meaningful and purposeful, and may be seen as guidance or affirmation on one's spiritual path. Some spiritual traditions teach that the universe or God communicates with us in subtle ways, and that paying attention to these signs can help us to align with our true purpose and highest good. Whether it is a personal belief or a shared experience, the idea of receiving signs from the universe or God can provide comfort, guidance, and a sense of connection to something greater than ourselves.

Vibrational Frequency

VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY

Vibration refers to the frequency or energy level of a physical, emotional, or spiritual entity. Everything in the universe is said to vibrate at a particular frequency, including thoughts, emotions, and even inanimate objects. You are energy vibrating in a universe made up of vibrating particles. The higher this vibrational frequency is, the closer it is to the frequency of light. Each word we speak and thought we think sends out a vibration that attracts to it an experience of like vibration. Disease and illness have heavy vibrations which block the flow of the vital life-force, known as Prana. If we send out fear, we attract fear. If we send out love we attract love. When we stay centered and calm we sustain a high vibration, facilitate connection to our higher-self and are empowered. The concept of vibration is central to many spiritual and esoteric traditions, which hold that all matter is ultimately made up of energy and vibration. The quality of a person's vibration is believed to reflect their inner state of being, with higher vibrations associated with positivity, love, and spiritual growth, and lower vibrations associated with negativity, fear, and stagnation. Many spiritual practices, such as meditation and chanting, are aimed at raising one's vibration and bringing them into alignment with the divine energy of the universe.

Yoga

YOGA

A physical, mental, and spiritual practice which originated in ancient India thousands of years ago that aims to achieve union between the individual self and the universal consciousness. The term "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj," which means to join or unite. The practice of yoga involves the union of the mind, body, and spirit through physical postures, breath control, and meditation. The history of yoga dates back to the Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India over 5,000 years ago. The earliest known evidence of yoga comes from the ancient Indus Valley civilization in the form of seals depicting figures in yogic postures. Yoga was further developed and refined by the ancient sages and seers in the Vedic period, which lasted from 1500 to 500 BCE. The classical system of yoga, known as "Raja Yoga," was codified in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, which were written in the second century BCE. The Yoga Sutras describe the eight limbs of yoga, which include ethical guidelines, physical postures, breath control, concentration, meditation, and a state of ultimate consciousness known as samadhi. Over time, different schools and styles of yoga emerged, each emphasizing different aspects of the practice. Hatha yoga, which is the most widely practiced style of yoga in the West, emphasizes physical postures and breath control to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Other popular styles of yoga include Ashtanga yoga, Kundalini yoga, and Iyengar yoga. In the modern era, yoga has become increasingly popular as a form of exercise, stress relief, and spiritual practice. Yoga studios and classes can be found in most cities and towns around the world. While yoga has evolved and adapted to different cultures and contexts over time, the core principles of the practice remain the same: to achieve union of the mind, body, and spirit through physical postures, breath control, and meditation.
