Yoga postures or asanas can help activate and balance these chakras, leading to improved physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual growth.


Below is a guide for key yoga postures, along with targeted affirmations, to support you to heal and balance the energy of each chakra.




Root Chakra (Muladhara)

The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with grounding, stability, and security. The color associated with this chakra is red.

  • Malasana (Garland Pose)

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
